Death squads of a nature, Not Armed Forces special forces–emanating from Totalitarian tendencies that lose the law sense necessary for complying to what constitutes U.S government and state government limitations of power that “Civil government does not engage in systematic unlawful loss of life.” That the military conforms to legal rules of engagement, to effort-fully avoid Massacre no matter how systemized and mechanical the efforts are done under–by any part of the administration’s leadership, on their own reconnaissance, separate from the leadership of the President of the United States of America.

“. . . Lincoln’s insistence that we are all complicit and should recognize our complicity [some, with hands stained with blood] is a reminder that Americans are always one people, for good and ill, United both in our aspirations and our crimes.” [to live yet, another day, work and play, another hour, and be thankful for the sunrise and sunset)–let not this be the sunset of the human species!
