Practical ubermensch

I think the ubermensch would study Japan to prepare for problems with nuclear radiation.

I don’t think that technology alone defines ubermensch anymore, but also how it is used, and how we safeguard ourselves and the ecology away from it.

The mandate is generations-to-come destiny of homo (sapiens) (sapiens) sapiens command and AI tool.
