PCB applies filth on my intimates by being present in a dirt compound underneath my bedroom floor–crimminally proceeding to breach home border rights of property.

Keeping me from sleeping, increasing inflammation in me and provoking major disease including cancers likely in me. He’s in my personal space and attacking my privates while I try to sleep or prepare for sleep. This can go on 24 hours per day, for months at a time.

It is against my civil rights.

To be free of aggression, to practice constructive ethics, and stay away completely from bullying.
