Social engineering trying to succeed in Stalin/Hitler mentalities to cause decrepitness in strong, resilient, pliable individuaĺ.
Regressive devolving dereliction decompensating torture misapplication wickedly ill (brain damage=aggressive, toxic neurons=sinister, dementia=brain disordered).
Actually the dead leading the actual dead. “Living” because of 7 amphetamines, adrenalin, very harsh, strong cannabis, fentalyn, carfentalin. That is, they move about–semi-conscious or worse. Thorough inspection may show doctors playing voodoo doctors by not putting them in the ground–if it’s truly their time (not alive). Possibly moving by trillions of united biome chemicals.
Their peculiar behavior may be the drivers and pushers rearing the shell off of the living to do what the driver or pusher wants. It may be very adverse to society because this type of influence dictators’ goal can be fatal person, community, or countr(ies)y.
