Instrumentality and Natural Philosophy

Natural philosophy is the intelligibility of nature.
Instrumentality centers on the efficacy of control instruments.
Meta cognition can be controlled by applied intelligence.
Natural philosophy therefore needs not physical control on the philosopher, but applied intelligence (intellect, emotional, affective, spiritual involving values and meaning, and applied wisdom intelligence, a wisdom that perks up your ears–does not put you to sleep when used) for safe conditions in society.
