okay, so it’s like this. Neighbors buys solar panels, mobile, with battery charger.

He may have bought laser guns, but tries them out on me. I feel heat and pain on my head for a moment.

He doesn’t seem to have licenses for any of his guns because he tests them out on me and my head, so therefore is irresponsible.

Therefore, check for legal licenses. And if I die anytime soon, check for foul play including rifle fire and laser rifle fire.
