He wants complete 1 percent of billions via Fort Knox title and possession of gold, leaving America and the world without a stockmarket and reintroducing mercantilism, leaving most without good jobs in an economic system regression.
Electoral College electors need to be fined; and sane and bold future agenda leadership elected that evolves itself in the new liberal economics that will take us well into the 23rd Century.
