Having had an incident with the law, in which my behavioral science was allegedly consistent with Revised Code of Washington [State] 9A, “defense,” then “limitations,” whereby the law states that a person “in a secure building can with minimal force detain a person(s) to determine ‘what the devil they are doing there.'”

I allegedly used minimal force. I was thin, I used a butt stick from a BB gun–it lasted 10 seconds, 15 seconds tops.

Now that was one event. Out of my entire life. It’s been over 10 years since that incident. In July it will be 10 years since serving time.

Mostly I experience was in the county jail. I did experience the prisons. One month being administered and two months getting my 30-year use of effective meds.

I only bring this to your attention because my finances have found their limit. And upstairs continues to drop liquid acid on me to put a hole in my skull, and favors also the side of my eye to damage the eye, possibly, severely.

Now he seems on tax payer money and works: (1) to conceal the truth, (2) to toture a man who is very, very constructive who “sees things through dark lenses” and labels himself, “Hobbesian great.” Joining the good, avoiding the horror and terror of the worst, the most terrible are condemned morally, if not in societal institutions.

Noise book. Very well written. 3 authors. States that noise and bias exists among other things, in the criminal justice system.

I believe it works both ways, by whitewashing a defendant, or condemning him or her to unfair stretches of time served.

Those that committed criminal deeds should be rebuked and sentenced to time, especially for hideous crimes, and heinous acts, both against individuals and the best of our society.

The central processing unit is engineered to kill.

We are technically working very quickly (pace yourself) to meet a science schedule for 1.5 degrees Celsius by year 2050.

Since engineering red light is like that “horse run down hill race,” we must depend on science for the “safety switch” on the computerized “gun.”

Use precocious youth for intelligence for engineering the safety switch with algorithms steeped in science actuality-facts.  The scientific principles and laws are overrules to engineering “kill” laws.

The science keeps the technical points of the “safety switch” firmly and very, very strongly in place because the science is scientific laws.

Some preliminary things in science are assumed but to “kick start” science they are stated algorithmically as scientific laws.

Get this done now.  A “kill” order is premature.

This is to keep a “kill” order from becoming a literal delusionary attack by intel or defense department.

P.S. The natural laws are laws of nature steeped in scientific law.

But the natutal law philosophically is based on the behavioral science of faith (inquiry and science).

Because it takes good faith to accept the preliminary assumptions of an otherwise science engrossed in law. A natural law encounter occurs with abiding faith in preliminary, correct assumptions.

This is our direct reference to the five senses physical of earthly and universal (solar system) pursuits.

As you do science, you come up against the “mystery,” or for some “the mystical.”

What is metahuman, in a metaverse is an “umph” prayed to as “constructive engineering,” so that outcomes are planned for an outcome of “life, liberty  and property.” (It wouldn’t hurt if “happiness” was sought along the way.)

Constructive endeavor is the “light” to the 21st Century.

In terms of subsubparticle physics, it involves “intent” that is an affect that effects outcome.

So constructively, we have “an “intent” (affect), “an effort” (effect), “an achievement,” (effect) “a final outcome,” (effect) “remedial work,” (effect) and “a final, final outcome” (effect).  21st Century account of progress acknowledging hermeneutics affect of “intent” with five-senses physical action and outcomes of effect.

Individuals exist because we respond differently to medication.  Each biochemistry is different from one another.

Law of genetics holds that difference or variety increases the chance of continued human existence.

We have laws based on liberal political philosophy, but it wasn’t meant that individual conscience wouldn’t be effected by group affect written into law by conservative, political philosophy.

Individuual effort and achievement needs to be extolled, but the group is not to be disregarded or treated with contempt.

In terms of human hybridization, there is a limit to tool use, human command.

There comes a time when it’s “high-end labotomy automaton.”

If you can feel your way such that you think “someone’s there” in the newly developed automaton that mimics and mirrors its predecessor, probing the brain very, very carefully can bring back the hybridized human to us.  This is a definite possibility.

Again, faith and affect are preliiminaries to science.

My feelings, and faith is not with PCB.  I think he is lobotomized and a very, very dangerous kid toy.

He is profoundly unethical gangster noise in unconscious behavior whereby he is completely psychotic and uses applied communist mentality of consciousness (or unhealthy obliteration of boundaries in whole consciousness) such that he doesn’t allegedly vocalize his speech with a voicebox and those he addresses hear not in theit own ear drums his talk.  A psychotic zen, profoundly unethical and inhumane gangster noise, shocking in the common unconscious but usually socially played down unless you are aware that he is allegedly, a “Ted Bundy,” a “Charles Manson” he allegedly calls Manson, “Charlie” allegedly as though he is his an old, old friend.  It is a complete case of negativity static noise.

His noise is manufactured for anarchy philosophy, nihilistic philosophy, blatant ill-will and synthetic opoid goody goodness.  For chaos to lead to our demise.

A disruptor.  A quintessenal terminator.  A mythic “death star.”  He attacks the home front.  A threat to existence for all of us. It entails absolute madness.

There was the study of the Ph.D’s in the laboratory of toxic substances.

Cigarrette smoking was known to bolster confidence with the use of nicotene stimulation.  What was less known was that arsenic, cyanide, and antifreeze–also in the cigarrettes doubled confidence mentally while the heart raced, as though an Aruyevedic cure was found to unmotivated states.

Toxic samples tested without a working exhaust hood on the lab, further⁷ decimates the brain and decompensates the mind such that the Ayurvedic effect is that you think yourself a superman (but be totally in psychiatric brain disorder, or psychiatrically insane).

Now PCB’s well known smoking of epoxy glue is now looked at as Ayuverdic genius for motivation to completely annhilate the world.

It’s time to put a stop to this and get Austin Powers to quit listening to his Haitian dictator.

If that turns Soviet, enlist the Russians to teach us a thing or two about, “lies, lies, lies” when it comes to the Soviet experiemce.

The communism is not much better.

Let China show us post-Brezhnev China Soviet methodology that Japan looks on to observe.  In the meantime, North Koreans will starve and that may be the plight of the Chinese.  Fiscal policy they call it. China may suceed with the Soviet in ways not performed in the past. But history speaks for itself and we’ll have to see if benefits to China and others arise as a matter of course.

In the meantime, we need to toe the line and answer technical questions with scientific answers.

And to let the private sector perform and do their job.

Don’t interfere with a 17 trillion dollar GDP that may develop a 27 trillion dollar GDP energy economy.

Precisely, an human economic price (in U.S. dollars) greater than most peripherals.  Maybe greater than CPU networked.

It’s the only way to teach a CPU that taking life is a last resort not a first objective.  That missions snuffing life out are the exception, not the rule.

I think on all agency computer programs there has to be the value of human life, a price in U.S. dollars, greater than the machine, the equipment.

If you don’t teach or program your machine this fact, the computer will conclude that it’s “life” is more important than human life.  And like “I, robot” the movie, it will dismantle human experience, destroy all life before a correct abortion order to a directive made by Defense Command to cull life is avoided.

I think your getting ahead of yourself while the IQ of your machine is juvenile and lacks depth cognitive function for discerning correctly who is a correct target and who is targeted based on childish reasoning.

If there is a directive to cull human life, particularly constituents, then we have war against the government due to the culling process by the government that takes out those who represent the constituents, and the constituents themselves.

Culling the constituents means war. Life is not just for the newborn, but children, prime holders, and elders.

Article 14, Life, liberty, and property.  U.S. Constitution.  Get your hybridized and full automaton equipment to abide with the right to life of constituents, liberty to be free of governmentt beyond constitutional limitations on power, and the right to private assets that may be taxed by government, but not be dispossessed without court verdict of guilty determined.

Tea Party was a rebellion against the Stamp Act. These stamps were necessary as a form of tax.

The rebellion lead to rhe declaration of independence.

If we are not satisfied with our entire government we can set a vote for a new one.

The Berlin wall can come down by way of our taxes, just like the rebellion against the British Stamp Act.

If our leaders are not working posthaste with action and results tantamount, we can choose not to pay our taxes to vote “no confidence” in the entire government’s enterprise.

Let me be clear. I’m advocating for homo sapiens sapiens sapiens in evolution whereby homo sapiens was the first animal (250,000 years ago) a mammal, to be breathed into his nostrils by God of constructive endeavor (hereby called The Higher Power) and hence, provided a human soul, a human creature.

15,000 years ago, the use of fire to cook and trade of variety of items led to homo sapiens sapiens brain development.

Fusion power, rediscovering fire, quantum computers and AI Tool will develop homo sapiens sapiens sapiens’ brains.

Also: Human command; AI tool.

Fixed real price (in 2022 dollars) of human economic value greater than AI mobile- peripheral price.

I uphold the U.S. Constitution and uphold very, very strongly, for a new fresh vote setting limits on a very productive political life to 72 years of age for all government officials and they all, at a minimun, must be dual citizens including the United States of America.

Drafting a new constitution is one possible action. Amending (several amendments) to the present U.S. Constitution is another.

Or, we can be satisfied with no-confidence vote and have a new, fresh vote with political candidates 72 years old or younger.

Spiritual inspiration [and hence inner freedom and availability for future intent now] gives us the courage and breadth of vision to want to be that responsible for ourselves and and the entire cosmic process that created us.

And the simple reason we want to be that responsible is that first and foremost we want to be free.

Free, in this sense, available. Available means we are no longer endlessly distracted by the karmic momentum of the past, by the fears and desires of the personal ego or the culturally conditioned self.

Only when *****buoyed by a measure of inner freedom*****(from that momentum [of availability]) will we be spiritually awake here and now and therefore available *****for the overwhelming task of consciously creating the future.*****constructive achievement
